Job Description:

North Palm Beach, FL high rise condominium seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team.

• 
  
• 40 hour work week year round position
  
• Paid hourly (to be discussed at interview)
  
• Includes Health Insurance, vacation days and paid holidays
  
  
  This is a hands on role that requires the following skills:
  
  • 
    
  • Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and contractors, furniture deliveries
    
  • Ability to perform minor repairs to the facility including drywall
    
    
    The maintenance person will be responsible for:
    
    • 
      
    • This position requires attention to detail, problem solving abilities and a commitment to keeping the community environment safe
      
    • Ability to accept direct supervision from the building manager
      
    • Ability to prioritize
      
    • Reporting daily to the building manager
      
    • Monitoring the building and reporting a list of issues to the building manager
      
    • Overseeing building cleanliness
      
    • Perform minor repairs to facility including drywall
      
    • Occasionally responding to after-hours emergencies with pay
      
    • Must live in the vicinity
