Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Manager (PM) for an Augmented
Reality Web3 project, focusing on innovation and technology
strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team
Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle and enhance AR
capabilities
Ensure robust security and scalable architecture for the
platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technology
strategy to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar
leadership role
High level technical understanding of AR, Web3 technologies, and
blockchain development
Strong knowledge of scalable backend architecture and cloud
infrastructure
Experience managing high-performance engineering teams and
delivering complex projects
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for disruptive
technologies
