Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Design Director
responsible for leading and growing the product design practice
focused on impactful educational experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Identify design opportunities and create roadmaps with
interdisciplinary teams
Collaborate with cross-discipline leads to provide mentorship and
skill-building
Shape and define the discipline of experience design and manage
project-level problem-solving
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
8+ years in a digital or product design field with 5+ years of
managerial experience
Experience running large teams or working across multiple
products
Proven leadership across disciplines and products within the
organization
Deep familiarity with agile methods and team constructs
