Job Description:
A company is looking for a Resource Manager to support the
day-to-day operations and resourcing of the Advanced Analytics
team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate team activities and resource allocation with Senior RM
team members
Maintain accurate employee allocation projections in the Resource
Management tool
Prepare reports and presentations for upper management regarding
resource management issues and achievements
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Resource Management, Project Management,
or agency operations
Experience managing resources for a team of at least 50 people
Undergraduate Degree in business, marketing/communications, or a
related field preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience in a data-driven environment or healthcare/pharma
industry is a plus
