Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager- IT & Security to
lead and oversee IT and cybersecurity projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple IT and security projects, ensuring successful
delivery that aligns with established goals and budgets
Partner with IT, security, and business teams to define project
priorities, scope, and requirements
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement
frameworks to assess IT and security strengths and weaknesses
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in IT
and cybersecurity initiatives
Demonstrated expertise in using JIRA for project tracking and
reporting
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, NIST) and
their application to IT and security projects
Understanding of the ITIL framework and hands-on experience with
ITIL processes
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, SaaS solutions, and
cybersecurity principles
