Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information on accounts.
Assist customers with payments and account maintenance.
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and concerns.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and customer satisfaction targets.


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mentality.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate customer service software.
Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
