Title: Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Implementation SpecialistLocation: Miami, FLResponsibilities:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to design and scope various Salesforce initiatives and programs.
• Conduct discovery sessions or business process reviews for various stakeholder groups and business units.
• Apply strong project management skills in overseeing various concurrent scoping initiatives and critical dependencies across organization-wide initiatives.Qualifications:
• Deep understanding of CRM and how salesforce.com can be used to support business processes. Broad knowledge of the entire salesforce.com platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) is beneficial.
• 3-5 years of operational experience utilizing CRM to scale business processes, with a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and understand how a business process can be enhanced and improved using salesforce.com, along with the ability to identify and implement the most effective options.
• Refined ability to document requirements for developers. Ability to code is not required; however, an understanding of what can be done with Apex/Visualforce/Web Services is required. Previous experience with implementations requiring integrations to ERP systems such as Business Central and Sage is beneficial.
• Experience with hands-on solutioning on the Salesforce platform for a variety of clients, including enterprise and large implementations.
• Experience designing data mappings for integration projects is preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team is critical.
• Required Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Consultant.
• Advanced Administrator and Field Service certifications are beneficial.
