Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Development
Representative to support sales efforts and manage broker
relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary back-end support for Sales Executives, managing
broker inquiries and requirements
Research and identify potential insurance agents/brokers, focusing
on independent agents/brokers across the USA
Conduct outreach to brokers, triaging inquiries and providing
necessary support and education on underwriting preferences
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience with P&C products at a
Carrier, MGA, or Broker
P&C insurance license required (4 months preparation time
permitted)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce or
similar CRM platforms
Comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate insurance
Bachelor's Degree preferred
