Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support their
sales operations organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Support sales representatives in managing their new business
pipeline
Ensure a seamless broker/client experience aligned with a
digital-first business model
Respond to broker inquiries and facilitate smooth transitions to
implementation partners
Required Qualifications:
College degree and/or 3-5 years in a sales support role
Ability to obtain a Life & Health insurance license
Experience managing high volumes of activity
Strong relationship-building skills
Experience in the insurance industry, preferably within group
benefits
