Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workplace Solutions Business Analysis
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor
schedules for timely project completion
Translate requirements between business partners and technical
teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies while facilitating
process improvements within the team
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field with 5+ years in retirement services
Experience with Workplace Solutions/Retirement business and related
technologies
Familiarity with retirement services and recordkeeping systems
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel,
Visio, and Project
Experience with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies is a
plus
