Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Business Analyst who
will bridge business objectives with technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic conversations with business and engineering teams to
enhance processes and define initiatives
Manage, mentor, and guide junior business analysts to align team
efforts with organizational goals
Drive project planning and monitoring to ensure timely,
budget-compliant, and high-quality project delivery
Requirements:
6+ years of professional experience as a business analyst, with at
least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
Experience managing and mentoring teams to build high-performing
groups
Deep understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory
landscapes in the fintech industry
Expertise in data analytics and translating findings into
actionable strategies
Ability to influence stakeholders and foster collaboration across
diverse teams
