Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Consultant, People Analytics &
Insights (remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable
insights and recommendations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage HR analytics
projects and develop HR programs
Coach clients on data visualization tools and techniques to enhance
their analytical capabilities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data
Science, Statistics, or a related field; a master's degree is a
plus
Five or more years of experience in HR analytics or a related
consulting role
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, R,
Python, or Tableau
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of HR practices, including talent management and employee
engagement
