Job Description:
A company is looking for a QA Analyst - AI to support the
Quality Assurance department for the Conversational AI team.
Key Responsibilities
Define functional and non-functional test strategies for the
conversational AI platform
Collaborate with AI developers and product owners to design
comprehensive test cases
Conduct rigorous testing of conversational AI models and facilitate
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a
related field
Expertise in testing conversational AI or chatbot systems
At least 5 years of experience in software testing and quality
assurance methodologies
Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in
natural language processing
Ability to quickly learn and adapt, with a self-starter
mentality
