The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction projects, particularly in the healthcare sector, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Description

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for healthcare construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, especially regarding healthcare construction standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and enforce safety protocols.
• Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
