Full job descriptionResponsibilities:Source vendors/subcontractorsWork alongside Project coordinators to execute remodels and rollouts across the country (retail and industrial)Coordiante multiple projects simultaneously, from planning and execution to project closure (no travel required)Provide high-level project/administrative support to the project management teamScheduling, budget tracking, invoicing preparation, and vendor managementCommunicate heavily with clients regarding the status of each project and any issues that may ariseMaintain accurate project documents, which includes project tasks, resources, and budget reportsSchedule field service techniciansPlan, schedule and maintain tight project deadlineEnsure deadlines and cost targets are metMaintain required project documentationQualifications:5 years of construction project coordinatingSuperior critical thinking & problem-solving skillsMust be highly motivated and have a strong work ethicDeadline and detail-orientedHighly proficient in Microsoft Excel & WordBachelor's degree is highly preferredJob Type: Full-time #TalrooTampa Associated topics: construction manager, gcc, healthcare, manager, project, project manager, public works, site, site supervisor, supervisor
