Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent for
a 1-year contract.
Key Responsibilities
Process transactions and inquiries using Outlook, SAP, and
Esker
Receive distributor and end-user calls
Provide reliable information to internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
College or University diploma/degree
Bilingual (French/English) language skills, both written and
spoken
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high call volume
environment
Strong keyboard and data entry skills (minimum 30 wpm)
Dependable team player capable of making decisions and following
through on tasks
