Key Responsibilities
Design streetwear collections and branded merchandise for the
community
Create innovative packaging and unboxing experiences
Collaborate with teams to align product launches and manage
multiple design projects
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in retention marketing or CRM
Experience in the iGaming industry
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn
Proven track record in campaign execution and optimization
