Job Description:
A company is looking for an Internal Wholesaler - Retirement
Plans.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with financial professionals and complete the sale process
by proactively gathering necessary information
Assist in creating value-add documents and reports to support sales
efforts in the Retirement Plans market
Utilize a CRM to track the sales process and maintain knowledge of
regulatory issues affecting qualified plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of internal sales experience
Retirement Plans record keeper experience strongly preferred
Life insurance license and willingness to attain Securities
Representative licenses within 6 months
Service-oriented mindset with self-motivation and excellent time
management skills
