Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Review Processor to support the
Care Review team in managing authorization requests and related
tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephone, clerical, and data entry support for the Care
Review team
Process authorization requests and verify eligibility and
benefits
Contact physician offices to obtain missing information for
authorization requests
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role in
healthcare
Associate degree preferred
3+ years of experience in an administrative support role in
healthcare preferred, with Medical Assistant experience being a
plus
