provide advanced technical support and manage enhancement requests
for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve advanced Acumatica ERP issues, implementing
effective solutions
Evaluate and manage customer enhancement requests, collaborating
with internal teams
Serve as the main point of contact for client support, coordinating
with various teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in ERP software support, preferably with
Acumatica ERP experience
Proficiency with Acumatica's Advanced Financials and data
processes
Familiarity with ERP requirements in engineering and construction
sectors
Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective client
communication
Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve complex technical
issues
