Position Details:
--- Title: Grinder
--- Location: Pompano Beach, FL
--- Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
--- Compensation: $17-$22/hr

Position Description: Responsibilities include:
Responsible for setting up and operating grinding machinery to ensure production needs are met to company standards and customer needs.
--- Process tooling parts with high precision and Grind ID and OD Diameters, Surface grinding.
--- Efficiently perform work on oblong parts and process parts with desired finish.
--- Use visual cues and measuring tools to ensure parts are finished correctly and within specifications/tolerances. Accurately line up tooling in section/plates.
--- Apply knowledge of alignment techniques and die adjustment.
--- Complete assigned jobs in accordance with work schedules and production needs.
--- Report any defective or damaged parts to Supervisor immediately.
--- Work with supervisor and other departments to identify and resolve tooling issues or concerns.
--- Ensure work areas are clean, organized and adhere to all safety and quality requirements and objectives.

Requirements:
--- 2 to 5 years prior manufacturing experience.
--- Attention to detail
--- Time Management
--- Collaboration
--- Intermediate math skill
--- Communication proficiency
