Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Counsel to join their
legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support on insurance-related issues and assist with
state expansion research
Review marketing campaigns for legal compliance and analyze
relevant legislation
Draft memos on new regulations and provide advice on regulatory
compliance
Required Qualifications
JD and undergraduate degrees with superior academic credentials
Admitted to practice in any U.S. state, with preference for
Florida, Texas, Louisiana, or California
3-7 years of experience in insurance law or marketing, preferably
in a law firm or insurance company
Ability to manage relationships with internal leaders and external
stakeholders
Proficiency in technology and comfortable working with tech
leaders
