Our premier estate planning and probate law firm seeks an experienced, results-driven Paralegal to provide outstanding service to our clients while collaborating with attorneys to deliver customized legal solutions.

You will play a key role in helping our clients navigate the probate process, providing expert guidance, patience, empathy, clear communication, and personalized attention throughout each stage.

Responsibilities:
--- Provide exceptional service to clients in Coral Gables, FL, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout.
--- Establish and nurture strong, trustworthy relationships with clients through regular communication and face-to-face meetings.
--- Assist in registering new corporate entities as needed.
--- Prepare probate pleadings, corporate agreements, and other legal documents for attorney review with a focus on precision and excellence.
--- Navigate financial institutions and courts efficiently, ensuring all required filings are submitted timely and meet deadlines.
--- Manage workload proactively, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet the needs of clients and the legal team.
--- Strive to exceed monthly key performance metrics consistently.

Qualifications:
--- The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in probate and corporate law.
--- Possession of a paralegal certification is considered advantageous.
--- Attention to detail is crucial, demonstrating the ability to prepare and review documents with precision.
--- Exceptional time management and organizational skills are required for this role.
--- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish are essential for client interactions and legal documentation.
--- Problem-solving skills are a must, with a resourceful approach to overcoming challenges and assisting clients with external issues.
--- Dependability is key, requiring consistent reliability, responsibility, and proactivity in completing tasks.
--- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel is desirable.
