Manager to lead the delivery of user-centric product
documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Establish a comprehensive documentation strategy aligned with
product roadmaps
Design and implement streamlined documentation workflows to support
product release cycles
Oversee team responsibilities for multiple concurrent projects
while fostering a collaborative team culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, or
a related field
8+ years of experience in technical writing or similar roles
3+ years of experience managing teams of technical writers
Extensive experience with enterprise-grade technical
documentation
Proficiency with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare and
Confluence
