A company is looking for a Small Group Team Manager to oversee a
multi-million-dollar book of business on their West Coast team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight of the small group client portfolio,
ensuring client retention and satisfaction
Inspire and mentor a high-performing team of Client Managers and
Benefits Analysts
Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance team
performance and client service delivery
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in benefits consulting or a related
field
Deep knowledge of the California small group market, carriers, and
medical funding strategies
Proven ability to manage a team and lead complex client
engagements
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining executive-level
client relationships
Exceptional presentation skills to communicate effectively with
executive-level audiences
