Job Description:
A company is looking for a RN Coordinator-Utilization Review to
oversee service appropriateness and resource utilization in a
remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Review and screen the appropriateness of services and hospital
resource utilization
Facilitate quality healthcare delivery through continuous
assessments from admission to discharge
Utilize evidence-based criteria and best practice workflows to
maximize reimbursement and reduce financial risk
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required
Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred
Previous utilization management or case management experience
preferred
Knowledge of outside regulatory agencies that interface with the
institution
