to clients in a clinical dialogue.
Key Responsibilities
Document Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product
Quality Complaints in compliance with guidelines
Conduct compliance calls and enroll participants in educational
seminars
Provide patient support and maintain quality standards for client
programs
Required Qualifications
Current US healthcare professional license: LPN
Competency with computer and call center technology
Able to work independently and in a group setting
Results-oriented with excellent organizational skills
