Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Global Business Development and
Inside Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a diverse global team of Business Development
leaders and Inside Sales team members
Drive process improvements in collaboration with Sales and
Marketing leadership to enhance productivity
Manage annual planning, budget responsibilities, and recruitment
for the Business Development unit
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of related experience or 10+ years with an
advanced degree
Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Operations,
preferably in the SaaS industry
Solid understanding of go-to-market motions and top-of-funnel best
practices
Proven track record of growth and exceeding targets
Experience in coaching, hiring, and mentoring go-to-market
teams
