Position:BPD is looking for a Director, Data & Analytics to join
our growing Data Solutions & Analytics team. This is a critical
leadership role responsible for driving the execution of
data-driven marketing initiatives, delivering actionable insights,
data storytelling and enhancing analytics solutions for our
healthcare system clients. Reporting to the VP of Data Solutions &
Analytics, this role combines technical expertise, strategic
thinking, and client-focused leadership to ensure the delivery of
high-quality analytics services that drive impactful results.The
Responsibilities:Includes, but not limited to the following:
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts and data specialists,
fostering growth and professional development.
- Oversee the delivery of client-facing analytics, ensuring
insights are accurate, actionable, and aligned with strategic
objectives.
- Provide thought leadership in data and analytics methodologies,
ensuring the adoption of best practices across the team.Business
Intelligence, Data Visualization and Strategic Insights:
- Coordinate the delivery of dashboards, reports, and
presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable
insights.
- Oversee the comprehensive measurement and analysis of campaign
impact, effectiveness, and attribution using both quantitative and
qualitative metrics.
- Lead data visualization across a variety of marketing analytics
tools, setting agency and client standard across strategies for
storytelling.
- Spearhead the development of actionable recommendations for
campaign transformations and optimizations, tailored to enhance
performance across all areas.
- Translate complex analytics and data insights into clear,
impactful narratives, delivering client-facing stories monthly
through visually engaging dashboards that drive strategic
decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate audience
insights into broader marketing plans.
- Collaborate with client teams to identify data needs and
develop customized solutions.Innovation and Data Solutions:
- Contribute to the development and scaling of data products,
including analytics tools and platforms.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in healthcare marketing and
analytics to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Ensure all data products meet quality, security, and compliance
standards.Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a strategic analytics partner for clients, building
strong relationships and understanding their unique challenges and
goals.
- Present complex analytics concepts in an accessible and
compelling way to drive client decision-making.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance client
understanding of analytics tools and strategies.Operational
Excellence:
- Develop and monitor team objectives and key results (OKRs) to
drive performance and accountability.
- Collaborate with project management and other teams to ensure
efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of projects.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
within the team.The Essentials:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing,
Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in analytics or business
intelligence, with 3+ years in a leadership role; healthcare or
healthcare marketing experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis with at least
one coding language (SQL, Python, or R preferred), BI platforms
(e.g., Tableau, Sisense, Marketing Cloud Intelligence and Power
BI), and marketing analytics software such as CRM's and content
management systems.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams, deliver on
complex projects, and communicate effectively with technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare marketing,
audience segmentation, and patient journey analytics is a plus.The
