Job Description:
A company is looking for a Utilization Management Associate
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Assist with intake, screening, and precertification of healthcare
services
Perform outreach calls to hospitals for follow-up clinical
information and discharge details
Maintain accurate documentation to meet risk management and
regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
1 - 3 years of experience in customer service in a healthcare
environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree
preferred
Insurance/payor experience preferred
Working knowledge of healthcare terminology
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word at an
intermediate to advanced level
