Job Description:

OverviewOur client is looking for a Payment Processing Manager who will oversee and optimize their merchant processing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in payment processing, a deep understanding of manufacturing industry regulations, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of merchant processing professionals.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
• Be able to build KPIs, pull and analyze key metrics
• Onboard new customers, contracts, and ONB controls systems
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the merchant processing department.
• Monitor transaction processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement and improve operational policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure the company's compliance.
• Collaborate with compliance officers to develop and implement necessary procedures.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners and vendors.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to onboard new merchants.
• Analyze processing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement strategies to enhance processing efficiency and reduce errors.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
  Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in merchant processing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing regulations and compliance.
  • Familiarity with industry software and payment processing platforms.
  • Expert-level experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
