Job Description:
A company is looking for a DevOps Support Engineer (CST).
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries and issues through various
communication channels
Build CI/CD pipelines to replicate customer issues and utilize
IaC/CaC for test environments
Contribute to feature design and create resources like
documentation and how-to guides
Required Qualifications
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Cloud experience with Google, AWS, or Azure
Knowledge of Windows and *Nix operating systems
Hands-on experience with containerization, preferably in
production
Background in IT or customer support for software or IT
products
