A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Life, Health
and Annuities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of engineers while defining and driving the
technology strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product
development and operational excellence
Set engineering standards and promote continuous improvement in
practices such as DevOps
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field,
or equivalent work experience
8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+
years in software development
3+ years of management experience in an IT functional area
Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage
multiple large projects
