Job Description:
A company is looking for a Storage Engineer to manage and
maintain their storage infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the SAN and Backup
infrastructure, handling escalations and incidents
Assist with datacenter deployments and conduct proactive reviews of
storage environments
Develop process improvements and provide cross-functional support
to enhance performance and capacity
Qualifications:
7 years of information systems experience with a focus on Storage
and Backup technology
Minimum 5 years of experience with SAN, Backup, or Fiber Channel
switches
In-depth knowledge of SAN platforms and backup best practices for
various operating systems
Experience with backup technologies and online data migration
concepts
Ability to analyze storage performance and capacity data for
optimization and planning
