Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and evaluate customer education and certification
programs
Collaborate cross-functionally to create quality content for
various audiences
Oversee professional development of Course Developers and lead
program strategy
Required Qualifications and Education
5+ years of experience in technical instructional design or product
development
Strong knowledge of the telecom industry and broadband experience
providers
Expertise in project management and program delivery
BA/BS degree required; Master's preferred
Demonstrated success in role-based requirements through prior
experience
