and Technical.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and onboard associates in handling complex customer service
issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service efficiency and
quality
Research and resolve escalated client issues professionally and
promptly
Required Qualifications
4-year degree in Business Administration or related field
preferred
3+ years of HCM software, payroll tax, or related experience
preferred
Subject matter expertise in tax systems and processes
Experience with SalesForce.com and/or customer management software
preferred
